• Self-supporting partition walls made of laminated plasterboard with insulation.
• Ceilings with false ceilings made of laminated plasterboard.
• Porcelain stoneware flooring inside the home. On terraces and porches, non-slip ceramic tiles, combined with synthetic wood in the pool area.
Carpentry
• Exterior carpentry in lacquered aluminum with thermal break and double glazing. Lacquered aluminum shutters with adjustable slats and electric operation in the bedrooms.
• Lacquered aluminum entrance door with security system and intrusion protection, security lock, exterior knob, interior handle, and peephole.
•Interior doors: solid, smooth, lacquered in white.
• Wardrobes: solid, smooth doors lacquered in white. Interiors include hanging rail, upper shelf, and lower drawer unit.
• All carpentry fittings and closures in satin nickel.
Bathrooms
• White or soft-colored ceramic wall tiles, mirrors flush-mounted with the wall tiling above the washbasins.
• Porcelain sanitary ware. Single-lever taps. Countertop resin composite sinks and resin composite shower trays with glass shower screens.
Kitchen
Upper and lower cabinets in white laminated finish, with concealed handles and resin composite and quartz countertops.
• Double-basin stainless steel sink with single-lever tap.
• Refrigerator, induction hob, extractor hood, electric oven, and dishwasher.
Heating, Cooling, Ventilation and Hot Water
• Alternative system to solar energy for the production of domestic hot water.
• Hot-cold air conditioning with ductwork and underfloor heating through a hybrid system with high-efficiency heat pump using aerothermal expansion technology.
Electricity, Home Automation and Telecommunications
• LED lighting in bathrooms and kitchen, TV, FM, and phone/data outlets in the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and terrace.
• Home automation system with climate control via Wi-Fi interface.
• Digital video intercom with audio, panoramic color view of the entrance.
Exterior
• Motorized vehicle access gate.
• Swimming pool with LED lighting.
• Garden with automatic irrigation and LED lighting.
